All our Technicians are in constant contact with our service coordinator enabling us to dispatch technicians almost immediately after a call has been logged with our help desk.
Our Technicians are trained and have amongst others A+, N+ and MSCE qualifications enabling them to render high quality on site service.

Training
We offer full comprehensive training on all of our programs.
As we are the distributors of the software it gives us an thorough knowledge to be able to give the best training.
We also have In House Instructors who work with the products daily ensuring that they know the product intricately and are able to provide the best training for you.
